do you ever consider yourself an astronaut? you should, because we are all astronauts. so speaketh buckminster in his opus, operating manual for spaceship earth. this book explains how the world was run by pirates with ultra-deep intuitition up until wwI, and how computers wrested the power for specialization from us astronauts as far back as the 1960s. bucky also drops knowledge here about how we are improperly caring for and maintaining our spaceship. and some basic systems theory. legit theorizing from a true genius (as opposed to the cacaphony of post- millenial panic).

hard to find natural farming books. you probably haven’t walked down that aisle in a while. or if you’re like me, you hadn’t yet made that trip until someone told you about this hot bizness. natural farming is the zennest. you’ll know once you’ve read one straw revolution by masanobu fukuoka. so much more than a manual for growing your own rice without weeding. it’s out of print. good luck finding it at the library, filed under ‘hard to find natural farming’. cross reference with ‘beigeboy recommendations’- coming to a dewey decimal system card catalog near your space station.
